Supported Living Services
Our Supported Living program offers various services and community living arrangements created in collaboration with individuals with disabilities and their families to help them achieve or maintain independence or reliance in their communities.
IO Waiver Services
Individual Options Waiver is an excellent fit for those who may require much help at home or who require a variety of services. Instead of living in a care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, qualifying individuals can obtain a Medicaid waiver to stay in their homes and receive help.
Level I Services
People with developmental disabilities who meet the waiver’s qualifying standards are eligible for Level 1 Waiver Services. Instead of being confined in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/MR), the individual may stay at home and receive help through Level I Services.
Company-Owned Wheelchair Van for Transporting Clients
With years of experience in the business, you can be confident that our wheelchair vehicles will safely transport your patients and clients from point A to point B.
Nursing Services
We provide our patients with safe and high-quality nursing care service while also giving their families peace of mind.
Behavioral Plans
We work hard to help our patients replace or lessen troublesome and risky behavior with positive behaviors. Teaching, enhanced communication, increased connections, and clinical interventions are all part of this program.
Social/Recreational Opportunities
Our goal is to help our patients enhance their social skills and personal relationships. That is why we organize recreational opportunities to build a feeling of community and make daily living more enjoyable.

We understand that many families deny their loved ones the necessary care they need owing to financial concerns. But with our financial services, we provide them with the opportunity to let their loved ones receive the care they deserve.
Payee Services
Individuals with documented disabilities who receive Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or other government benefits are eligible for Payee Services.
Quality Assurance Reviews
Internal audit’s effectiveness, quality, and value can all be improved using Quality Assurance Reviews. This system aids in the prevention of fraud.

We have a shared living space, private rooms with TVs, and two bathrooms. Each house has two staff members supporting up to five residents. Apart from the houses being fully furnished, we also prepare daily healthy meals for every patient based on diet orders.
